Shipping Policy

VITEK Polyurethane Products:

• Minimum Order is $100.00;

• Minumum Millwork Order is 5 pcs.

• We ship all orders via ground transportation.

• Your order will ship within 5 to 15 business days.

Most shipments are via Fedex Ground. Large (skidded) orders are shipped by alternate ground carriers.

Shipment Notification

     We will contact you by email when your order is shipped. The shipment notification email will provide you with delivery tracking numbers. The tracking numbers will go live at Fedex.com within 3 business days of our shipment notification email.

Handling, Processing & Shipping Fees

    Each order will be charged $25.00 to cover shipping, handling and processing. For orders shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, HI & AK, there will be an extra freight charge. We will contact you before we ship to you.

Express Delivery
We do not provide express delivery.

Signature on Delivery
We require a receipt acknowledgement signature for all orders. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
